The blub stares me in the face, as does one bright, cherry-red nipple peeping through a dryer-eaten hole. I guess he sort of does. ” He twiddles with the strap of his belt for several moments. ” His hand is on the zipper of his long khaki shorts. I grab the raft for security and begin paddling in a circle. But before I know it, I’m facing him again.
